Paula is the Managing Director of Ahead Start Consulting. She invented it back in 2003 when she got frustrated at working with others and has been at the helm ever since.

Paula likes to be across all projects taking place in the company (some may even call her a control freak) but she prefers the term “involved”. This involvement means that whoever in the company undertakes the work for you, you get a same great, consistent service.
